Amit Chadha is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of L&T Technology Services, where he drives strategic vision, technology leadership, and global market growth. With over 25 years of experience in engineering and technology services, he is recognized as a pioneer of engineering and IT outsourcing from India and a trusted advisor to global R&D and Fortune 500 organizations. Since joining LTTS in 2009 as Head of Americas, Amit has led the company’s worldwide expansion, played a key role in its successful 2016 IPO listing on India’s leading stock exchanges, and strengthened its position as a global digital engineering leader. He is the sole ER&D sector representative on the NASSCOM Executive Council and a recipient of multiple leadership honors. An engineering graduate from BIT Mesra, Amit is also an INSEAD alumnus and a passionate advocate of innovation, leadership, and lifelong learning.
