He currently serves as Global Head of the Public Sector business at ServiceNow, where he oversees product strategy, marketing, sales, compliance, and government relations, while shaping go-to-market strategies for priority global public sector markets.Previously, Dr. Iyer made history as the first civilian Chief Information Officer of the United States Army, managing a $16 billion annual IT and cyber budget and leading modernization initiatives that strengthened readiness through digital transformation. Earlier in his career, he was a partner at a Big Four consulting firm, advising defense and national security organizations on enterprise innovation, IT strategy, and modernization programs.Dr. Iyer has founded key technology offices within the Army, co-founded a successful startup, and contributed to major recovery initiatives such as Healthcare.gov.
