Mahesh Kumar Navani is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of eClinicalWorks, a leading healthcare IT solutions provider transforming clinical and patient care through innovative electronic health records and healthcare analytics platforms used by thousands of physicians worldwide. With a multidisciplinary academic foundation—including an MS in Chemistry from IIT Bombay, an MS in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University, and an MS in Finance from Boston College—he brings a unique blend of scientific, operational, and financial expertise to healthcare technology leadership.
Before co-founding eClinicalWorks in 1999, Mahesh built diverse professional experience across operations, software engineering, and financial systems, holding roles at Hendrick Manufacturing, Parametric Technology, and Jennison Associates. His cross-functional background played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth, operational excellence, and product innovation.
Beyond business, Mahesh is deeply committed to philanthropy and social impact. Through leadership roles with Ekal Vidyalaya USA and the Janki Foundation, he supports initiatives in education, healthcare, rural livelihoods, nutrition, and sustainability, helping create self-sustaining communities and expanding access to essential services for underserved populations.
