Satish Gupta is a philanthropist, entrepreneur, and global business leader known for building successful enterprises while advancing community development and social impact. Born in India in 1959, he earned a degree in Economics from Loyola College in Chennai before moving to Dallas, Texas, in 1979 to pursue higher education. He completed his MBA in International Trade and Management at the University of Dallas in 1981, the same year he founded SB International.What began as a steel export business evolved under his leadership into a global trading and production enterprise serving domestic and international metals markets. Over time, he expanded his entrepreneurial vision by founding multiple companies, including SB International, Gupta Capital Group, and CSP Metals, operating across metals, energy, and finance sectors worldwide. In recognition of his business leadership, he was invited to and graduated from Harvard Business School’s prestigious Owner/President Management Program.Committed to giving back, Satish founded the Gupta Agarwal Charitable Foundation, supporting community welfare and opportunity creation.
